***If there are enough people requesting this option we would look at a shuttle service from the Sandton area and back later that same evening following the banquet.

Please note that there is a saving if you share accommodation. Please advise if you wish to share a room and with whom. Option 1 will then cost R2 750.00 pp. Option 2 will cost R1 375.00 per person.

There is limited ‘luxury’ 4* and 5* accommodation in either a room or a luxury tent at both Amanzingwe or Glen Afric Game Reserve (www.glenafric.co.za) which is next door to Amanzingwe. Glen Afric will drive delegates across the Game Reserve to the Conference Venue in the morning. Please advise if you would like to take up this offer - this comes on a first-come-first-served basis at the costs reflected above.

It is recommended that delegates fly into Lanseria Airport. A shuttle can be arranged from the airport at a small cost. Please advise if you wish to book the shuttle. At the time of going to print a return flight from Cape Town (www.kulula.com) to Lanseria is approximately R1 300.00 return and from Durban it is R900.00 return. The earlier you book your flights the better!
