Moove Exhibition & Events Supplies is looking for a Receptionist to start immediately.

Responsibilities include:

General telephone etiquette, excellent communication and customer service skills
General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties
Ability to communicate well in English both orally and in writing
Greeting visitors at a front desk
Answering phones and directing calls
Taking and relaying messages accurately
Obtaining, updating and filing records
Reports entering data from various sources into computer systems
Printing reports as required and filing
Retrieving and collating documentation as requested
Diary keeping, coordinating meetings and taking minutes
Manage office stationery & day to day duties office supplies
Qualified applicants must have at least 3 yrs. of experience in an office setting and have the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
