    System Stands that work

When planning for an exhibition there are a number of aspects to take into consideration. From a show marketing strategy, the correct staff selection and ensuring that your stand design is both attention-grabbing and interactive, is key. All the details are required to be ironed out to perfection. And with a plethora of designs and display options available, it can be quite a daunting process to decide on exactly the right exhibition stand that meets your budget and business objectives. One of the most cost effective and efficient options is System.

Utilising panelled walls branded with company logos, key messaging, striking graphics or beautiful high resolution images, this type of stand is accessible to a range of exhibitors due to the cost effective nature of the material. Exhibiting at Africa’s Travel Indaba 2017, the objective for the Lesotho exhibition showcase was to ensure that their brand’s presence was felt, while maintaining the limited budget. Also required, was an area to network and to conduct business with attendees. With the brief in mind, bluCube design and brand activations, opted for a full System stand measuring 85 sq.m - adequate space for an inviting and open environment with storage, furniture, AV, a reception counter and a hospitality counter.

System stands work well because the stand is affordable as well as easy to transport and assemble, with panels that are easily installed and removed at the breakdown phase. The panels, which can be branded to exhibitor requirements, are available in standard white, with a colour vinyl or vinyl print or in fabric with an aluminium frame, Clip on panels over the system provide the substrate for seamless vinyl prints. Standard panel graphics, also referred to as ‘infill’ graphic panels, are reusable, high resolution prints which can be used a number of times. Seamless Graphic Walls are a bespoke product fitted perfectly to the space – a single high quality graphic is applied, which is then fitted in front of the System walling and this eliminates the need for disruptive poles in the structure.

Opting for fabric graphics, the Lesotho exhibition stand had 4 panelled walls stretching across 4.5 meters with branded high quality pictures of tourist attractions in Lesotho, as well as a suspended circular fabric system bulkhead branded with the Lesotho logo and brand colours, making the stand visible from across the hall. The stand was accessible to attendees from 3 sides, with 10 exhibitor stations each with their own lockable counter, and individual branded signage.

The beautifully designed and affordable stand built for Lesotho for the 4th time at Indaba 2017, not only exudes a sense of class but is sustainable, easy to transport and to be used again as required.
