    Credibility through Association Membership

ConCept G Exhibitions and Events is delighted to announce that we have become a member of the industry association, ESSA (Event Supplier and Services Association) which is based in the UK.

In the current economic climate, it is important to make the right choice when selecting a contractor to build your exhibition stand or to manage your event. The wrong choice could result in stress, over spending, a stand that does not meet your requirements nor branding objectives and does not have a quality finish.

Associations like ESSA allow the exhibitor to have confidence in their contractor or supplier to meet the project requirements and to guarantee success. This is achieved through a stringent vetting process, ensuring not only that the applicant has insurance should something go wrong, but also that their finances are in good standing. Reference from previous clients and other ESSA members are also checked when applying for membership, guaranteeing the credibility of the organisation when membership is approved.

As members of ESSA, ConCept G also commits to and supports the ESSA Quality Service Charter and Code of Conduct, which dictates the level of professional service and codes of best practices which must be adhered to, in turn providing accountability and peace of mind for clients.

Says Gill Gibbs, CEO ConCept G, ‘’We are committed to standards. Providing the best advice in the industry, the Association is always at hand to give free and impartial advice on many cost saving measures to its members, along with networking and event opportunities, learning best practices, collaboration, information and news sharing, which in this case is global, as well as professional development. Trade Associations are the voice of the Industry.’’

ConCept G Exhibitions and Events is also an active member of OSPI (Octanorm Service Partner International), IFES (International Federation Exhibition Services) and EXSA (Exhibition and Events Association of Southern Africa) all of which also have a vetting process, guaranteeing credibility
