Vedanta @ Investing in African Mining Indaba 2015

    Special Forces:

    Vedanta

    Mission:

Custom exhibition stand at Investing in African Mining Indaba 2015

    Brief:

To expertly design and project manage a feasible space that will effectively showcase the brand, create an ambiance that will invite delegates in to host meetings, and allow them to engage with visual content through digital media,

as well as through the presented graphics. The stand should showcase the brands’ story and various divisions, remain true to the communicated CI, create a “wow” element and presence.

    Plan of Action:

With the given brief in consideration, the SSQuad incorporated creativity to create a custom exhibition stand that exceeded expectations.

Measured at 12 square metres, and manufactured as a U-shaped 2 metre deep custom exhibition stand, it was divided into two areas through the use of plush blue and light grey carpeting. Soft seating, in the form of custom made built-in booth seating covered with soft grey cotton, successfully created a semi-private meeting area to allow for delegates to touch-base.

As delegates looked up at the stand, their eyes met with a bulkhead that curved on top of the exhibition stand, mimicking the shape created by the carpets. Halo lit, the CNC cut privacy screen in the semi-private meeting area represented the Vedanta brand logo and its CI colours.

Further to that, the exhibition stand consisted of branded graphics, brochure holders and a lockable storage counter which followed the curve of flooring and the bulkhead.

    Mission Accomplished:

Our Client was so happy with the quality of the stand, and our uncompromised quality of service, that she sent the SSQuad a small note:

    “Hi Stacy,

Hope you are well. Thank you again for your assistance at the Indaba and for the incredible stand!

    Regards,
