Companies and individuals connect with Organisations when they have a strong and clear Brand identity, which creates repetition of space and instils confidence. Organisations increase their sales and leads through effective Brand continuity. At its core, the major idea behind Brand continuity can be boiled down into one simple but important word: consistency. Regardless of the marketing techniques used, from the design of a company logo, clothing, website, and emails to flooring and graphics of a trade show stand or activation, everything should be complimentary of the Brand as a whole

With the EXSA 2017 conference set to kick off between 9 and 11 July at the Askari Game Lodge & Spa, exhibition and event industry gurus have readily come to engage and inspire delegates throughout the three day customer-centric event. Brand and business innovator, Chantel Botha, will host a customer experience workshop based on her experience as the founder and Chief Creative Officer of BrandLove. Chantel is someone who obsesses over how customers connect with brands, and finds meaning in designing engaging customer experiences that create values for brands and their patrons.
